Michelle Law,student off survival techniques for over 12 years, will be presenting "FEMA: Emergency Preparedness" at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19 in the back room of Hartley Public Library. This program will focus on putting together an emergency survival kit and Michelle will address other concerns through a question and answer period. Learn how you can be ready for any emergency or natural disaster by learning some basic skills. Watch for upcoming programs that will focus on techniques you can learn to gain confidence during stressful times.
